Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you buy or use a Doubles membership. By joining, you agree to them. Doubles.bet ("Doubles", "we", "us") is run by Max Harris. Questions? Email max@doubles.bet.
1. What Doubles is
Doubles is a football tipping service. Members receive betting selections ("Doubles", and "Accas" with the Max Acca add-on) by email and in the members area, along with the odds and reasoning behind them.
Doubles is not a bookmaker. We do not take bets, hold funds or place bets on your behalf. Any bet you place is your own decision, made with a bookmaker of your choice.
2. You must be 18 or over
You must be 18 or over to join and to place bets. Please only bet with money you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, free confidential help is available at BeGambleAware.org or 0808 8020 133.
3. No guarantee of results
Our results are published in full, but past results are not a guarantee of future returns. Football is unpredictable, betting always carries risk, and there will be losing days, weeks and months. Nothing we send is financial advice. You are responsible for your own staking and betting decisions.
Prices shown with each selection are the odds available when we sent it. Odds move, and the price available to you may be different.
4. Memberships and payment
- Memberships are a one-off payment for a fixed period (for example 3 or 12 months). They do not renew automatically, and there is nothing to cancel.
- Your access starts once your payment is confirmed and ends at the end of the period you paid for.
- We aim to send selections on most days, but the number of Doubles varies. If nothing meets our criteria, we do not send a tip for the sake of it.
- The Max Acca is an optional add-on with its own price and period.
5. 30-day money back guarantee
If the service is not what you expected, email max@doubles.bet within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. There are no forms and no conditions attached to results. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 working days. Your access ends when the refund is issued.
6. Your account
- Your membership is for you only. Please do not share your login, or forward, resell or publish the selections.
- We may suspend or end a membership, without a refund, if these rules are broken.
7. Our content
Everything on the site and in our emails, including the selections, reasoning, results and designs, belongs to Doubles. You can use it for your own personal betting, but not copy or redistribute it.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep the site and emails running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. If an email is delayed or fails, the selections will still be in the members area.
9. Our liability
We are not responsible for any bets you place or money you lose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your membership. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes will not affect a membership you have already paid for.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
